Olga Kuznetsova

Olga Kuznetsova has extensive experience in project and product management, with a focus on software development and implementation. Olga has held roles such as Director of Application Development, Finance at Acumatica and Project Manager at IBS and ASOFT. In their previous roles, they managed product development, implementation, delivery, and process-related consulting. Olga also led teams, supervised key projects, and handled tasks related to timelines, resources, budget, and risk management. Olga'swork included setting up implementation teams, developing processes, and managing customer expectations.

Olga Kuznetsova earned a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) from 1991 to 1997. Olga then pursued another Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the Higher School of Economics from 1998 to 2003.
