At Acumen Fieldwork, we make fieldwork feel less… fieldwork-y.

We’re a UK-based market research fieldwork agency supporting qualitative, quantitative and mixed-methods research across healthcare, UX, consumer and B2B studies. We work with agencies, consultancies and in-house insight teams to recruit the right people, manage fieldwork smoothly, and deliver data that researchers can rely on.

From complex healthcare audiences and hard-to-reach professionals, to everyday consumers sharing real-life behaviours and opinions, we take recruitment seriously. We’re big on clarity, care and common sense, making sure participants feel informed, respected and engaged at every stage of the process.

Behind the scenes, our experienced in-house team handles everything from feasibility and screening to scheduling, incentives and fieldwork management. We’re known for being responsive, organised and refreshingly straightforward to work with, we’re the kind of partner who spots issues early, communicates clearly, and quietly gets things sorted.

We believe great research starts with great relationships. That means long-term partnerships, honest conversations, and fieldwork that’s designed to support insight, not complicate it. Whether you’re running a single study or a multi-market programme, we bring the same level of care, rigour and human touch every time.

Thoughtful recruitment. Solid fieldwork. Lovely people.
