Cherry Xia

Cherry Xia is an accomplished Associate Research Manager at Acumen, LLC, with extensive experience in managing teams and overseeing complex projects aimed at providing policy and data consultancy to the federal government. Since September 2015, Cherry has successfully led multiple long-term projects, including multi-million contracts with HHS agencies that support Medicare payment policies and COVID-19 relief programs. Previous roles include Senior Policy Lead/Project Manager and Data and Policy Analyst, where Cherry demonstrated strong leadership capabilities and received recognition for exceptional performance from clients. Additionally, Cherry has contributed to various organizations, such as Civica and the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program, while obtaining a Master of Science in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Laws in Political Science and Government from Fudan University.
