Jeff Ryan

Jeff Ryan is an experienced professional in continuous improvement and operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Continuous Improvement for Canada at Acuren since August 2013. In this role, Jeff develops insights into business performance, conducts root cause analyses, and recommends priority areas for improvement to drive sustained business enhancement. Previously, Jeff held various positions at Acuren, including Process & Systems Analyst and Quality Engineer, focusing on optimizing business processes and improving quality standards. Before Acuren, Jeff worked at AltaSteel Ltd. for over a decade in multiple roles, including Superintendent of Continuous Casting Operations and Supervisor of Metallurgy, where responsibilities included managing production teams, ensuring product quality, and leading quality management initiatives. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Alberta.
