Jodi Roach serves as the Human Resources Director and Talent Acquisition Director at Acuren since September 2021, leading North America’s Talent Acquisition and Workforce Deployment Teams to implement innovative recruitment strategies aligned with business growth. Prior experience includes the role of Corporate Recruitment Manager at Applus+ from January 2014 to September 2021, where Jodi established a corporate recruiting department and introduced best practices in hiring. Jodi also operated as the Company Owner at IDP from February 2006 to January 2014, managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of projects, and held positions at Lear Siegler Services, Inc., KBR, and Dr. Elissa Wedemeyer over an extensive career in recruitment and logistics coordination. Jodi's educational background includes pending certification from SHRM for Human Resource PHR.
