Tom Cooper

Tom Cooper, SHRM-CP, has a diverse professional background with experience in leadership, management, and customer service across multiple industries. Tom served as a Team Leader and Sergeant in the Army National Guard from July 2005 to July 2011, where responsibilities included team training and combat operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Tom held various positions in the food and retail sectors, including Sous Chef at Ballard Pizza Company and Head Photo Specialist at Walgreens. In the corporate sector, Tom has taken on roles such as Claims Service Adjuster and Manager of Group Finance and Administration at ADV Integrity, Inc. Currently, Tom is the Area Admin Lead at Acuren and has previously worked as Business Manager at HT Engineering, Inc., overseeing a range of administrative and human resources functions.
