John Soares

John Soares has over three decades of experience in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Maintenance Manager at Acushnet Company since 2016, John oversees maintenance operations at Ball Plant II and previously held the position of Manager of Operations at the Engineering and Technology Center. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Engineering Technician III at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc., where John worked on high-speed automated systems and complex electro-mechanical assemblies. From 1992 to 2014, John was the President and Senior Business Operations Manager at TSC Engineering, managing manufacturing and assembly operations while ensuring customer satisfaction. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Providence College, earned between 1982 and 1986.
