Karen Gray possesses extensive experience in the golf industry, currently serving as Supervisor Player Research at Acushnet Company since March 2007. In this role, Karen oversees the acquisition of golfer launch conditions and manages a mobile research team conducting testing with tour professionals and nationally ranked amateurs. Previously, from 2004 to 2007, Karen was the Launch Tech Rep, where Karen administered the Titleist Launch Monitor program globally and authored the user manual while providing training and technical support. Karen also played a pivotal role as Team Leader of the Canada Science Van from 1998 to 2002, implementing strategies for launching technology and managing budgets. Earlier career highlights include serving as the Assistant Director of Professional Golf Management and Head Women's Golf Coach at Methodist University from 1995 to 1998, where Karen developed students for careers in the golf industry and coached the women's team to a NCAA Championship in 1996. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Florida Atlantic University.
