Laurie Herbert

Laurie Herbert has a strong background in talent acquisition, with a focus on senior roles. Laurie currently holds the position of Senior Director, Talent Acquisition at Acushnet Company since 2019. Prior to this, Laurie worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Acushnet Company from 2015 to 2019. Laurie also has experience in talent acquisition at Rich Products Corporation as a Talent Acquisition Program Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager from 2015 to 2018. Before their time at Rich Products, Laurie worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Recruiter at National Life Group from 2009 to 2015. Laurie also held the role of Recruiting Manager at Turbine, Inc. from 2006 to 2009, and Senior Recruiter at OneBeacon from 2004 to 2006. Laurie began their career as a Senior Account Manager at Winter Wyman from 2000 to 2004.

Laurie Herbert has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Skidmore College. Laurie also has additional certifications in Creative Problem Solving for Innovation, DISC - Personality Profile Assessments (PPA) Certification, Foundations Level Certification - Hiring Assessments, and Publishing from the University of Denver, Publishing Institute.
