Lyn Miles

Lyn Miles has a diverse work history in the field of Human Resources. Lyn began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Syntron Bioresearch, Inc., where they implemented fair employment practices and managed employee complaints and legal interventions. Lyn then moved on to the San Diego Convention Center Corporation, where they worked as a Human Resources Specialist before transitioning to Callaway Golf as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner.

In 2000, Lyn joined Mitsubishi Chemical America as the Director of Human Resources for their subsidiary, Tanabe Research Laboratories U.S.A. Inc. Here, they reduced legal exposures, implemented safety programs, and provided strategic HR leadership. After that, they worked at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, partnering with business unit leaders to provide HR support in various areas, including talent acquisition and compensation.

Lyn's most recent role was at Acushnet Company as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, they served as an executive team member and provided strategic HR leadership, overseeing HR activities for multiple sites in Southern California and developing recruitment strategies to attract and retain candidates.

Lyn Miles completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Public Relations from California State University-San Bernardino from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, Lyn has experience in Communications and Public Relations from Marist College.
