Tom McNally

Tom McNally is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory technology and compliance within the financial industry. Currently serving as a Senior VCI at ACV Auctions since February 2020, Tom previously held the role of Senior Director of Member Regulation Technology at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) from 2007 to 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance initiatives, managing workflows in support of Member Firm Regulation, and enhancing regulatory filing interfaces. Prior experience at the NYSE from 1994 to 2007 included leadership as Managing Director, focusing on regulatory systems for member surveillance, development of industry standards for financial submissions, and automation of key processes in the enforcement division. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Bonaventure University.
