Ruma Tenbrink

Ruma Tenbrink is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in program operations, voice-over artistry, and organizational consulting. Currently serving as the Program Operations and Technology Manager and People and Culture Manager at Rockwood Leadership Institute, Ruma manages logistical and technical support for virtual training programs. As a voice-over artist at ACX.com, Ruma specializes in children's book narration and documentary projects while also hosting two podcasts and creating meditations for Insight Timer. Additionally, Ruma has extensive experience in home and office organization, project management for nonprofit clients, and administrative roles across various organizations. Ruma holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Management Science and Business Administration from Armstrong College.
