Currently serving as the Chief Engineer for the LTV Program at Axiom Space and also holding the position of Program Manager at Ad Astra Rocket Company, Troy has a proven track record in business management, new product development, and international business development. Previously, Troy held significant roles at Collins Aerospace, Northrop Grumman, and Oceaneering, among others, where a focus on customer-centric innovation fostered sustainable growth. Troy is pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership at the University of Arizona, further enhancing their strategic and technical acumen.
