Mike U. is the President & CEO of A&D Technology, a global provider of advanced testing and simulation solutions for the automotive, aerospace, and renewable energy sectors. They lead a team of over 200 professionals across six countries, overseeing the strategic direction, financial performance, and operational excellence of the company. They have over 25 years of experience in the engineering and technology industry. They held roles at AVL (Project Manager, 2000–2007), Wirtz Manufacturing Company (Engineer, 1996–1998), and Froude Hofmann Ltd (Manager of Contracts, 1998–2000). They earned an MBA from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business (High Honors) and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University (Cum Laude).
