Constanza Berman

Constanza Berman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Constanza began their career as an intern at AD1 Global in 2013 before moving on to roles such as Front Desk Agent at St. Regis Bal Harbour and Human Resources Intern at W Hotels in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Development Team Intern at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and also served as a Front Desk Agent at St. Regis Bal Harbour. The following year, Constanza became a Revenue Management Trainee at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. In 2017, they joined AD1 Global as an Asset Management and Investor Relations professional, and later assumed the role of Vice President of Business Development. In 2020, they joined ADËLON Capital as an Asset Management and Investor Relations professional.

Constanza Berman attended Boston University from 2012 to 2016, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. Constanza also pursued a minor in International Business during their time at the university. Their overall GPA was 3.6.
