Roshane Pearson

Roshane Pearson has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. They started their career at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Cashier/Barista from November 2013 to December 2014. They then worked at Vista Hospitality & Logistics Group as a Night Auditor for a short duration in 2017. Roshane joined HEI Hotels & Resorts in December 2014 as an F&B Outlet Supervisor, a position they held until February 2020.

In 2017, Roshane also began working at Real Hospitality Group, first as a Sales Coordinator from January 2019 to February 2020, and later as a Night Auditor/Front Desk from August 2017 to December 2018. They then moved to Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott as a Sales Manager from February 2020 to August 2020.

Following this, Roshane worked at MHG Hotels as a Senior Sales Manager from August 2020 to December 2021. Most recently, they have been working at Real Hospitality Group since December 2021, holding the position of Director of Sales until May 2023.

Most recently in 2023, Roshane joined AD1 Global as the Director of Sales Marketing, a position they currently hold.

Roshane Pearson completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Hospitality Administration from Broward College from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their degrees, Roshane has also obtained additional certifications, including an Accounting Technology Specialist Certification from Broward College and a Cvent Supplier Network Student Certification from Cvent. The exact dates of when they obtained these certifications are unknown.
