Welcome to the ada Academy for Transformation! We empower entrepreneurial-minded individuals to reach their full potential and successfully shape the future of organizations and the economy through collaborative growth. Our approach is based on three pillars:

Learn: Growth through competence. We impart crucial knowledge in technology, AI, ethics, innovation, corporate culture, modern collaboration, leadership, and resilience to develop skills for transformation.

Meet: Growth through exchange. We connect people, promote knowledge exchange, and foster mutual growth. Through dialogue, we sharpen knowledge and create innovative strength.

Apply: Growth through application. Transformation is our practice. Our community applies knowledge in its own projects, actively shaping the future.

The ada Academy is the largest community for people who want to shape the future.
