Jacob Plummer

Jacob Plummer is the Chief Commercial Officer at Ada Health, a position held since October 2024. In addition, Jacob serves as the President of the Foundation Board for the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy since May 2017. Previous roles include leadership positions at Datavant from 2019 to 2024, overseeing enterprise clients, customer success, and general management for health systems and government, as well as serving as CEO of Health Data Link prior to its acquisition by Datavant. Jacob’s experience also includes strategic roles at MDLIVE, Inc. and Allscripts, where Jacob held various vice president titles related to sales and business development. Jacob has been involved with The Chicago Council on Global Affairs and served as a Mayoral Fellow with the City of Chicago. Academic credentials include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MPP from the University of Chicago, a BA in Economics from Knox College, and a high school degree from the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy.
