Andrei Taylor

Andrei Taylor serves as a Senior Engineering Manager at Ada since November 2020, after progressing through roles as Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer within the same organization. In addition to this role, Andrei co-founded Banter in January 2022, a platform designed to enhance team dynamics through engaging conversation starters in Slack. Previous professional experience includes positions as a Software Engineer at Ritual.co, BrokerBay, and a Software Developer (Co-op) at Maxar Technologies and Isolation Network, Inc. Andrei began a career in management as an Account Manager at KCI Publishing. Andrei holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering degree from the University of Victoria, obtained between 2013 and 2018.
