Marcus Lim

Marcus Lim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer solutions and success, currently serving as Team Lead for APAC Customer Solutions & Success at Ada since December 2021. In this role, Marcus oversees Ada's APAC book of business, managing an ARR exceeding 5 million USD and nurturing relationships with major clients in the SaaS, Fintech, and Airline sectors, while consistently exceeding NRR targets and achieving a client retention rate above 90%. Prior experience includes roles in customer success management at AIA Singapore and digital transformation at Marina Bay Sands, where Marcus contributed to award-winning communication efforts. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) in Communications and New Media from the National University of Singapore.
