Steph Snyder

Steph Snyder is an experienced recruiter currently working at Ada since January 2022, where roles have included Senior Talent Sourcer and Talent Sourcer across various teams. Since April 2020, Steph has also served as a Board Member and Chair of the Executive Search Committee at YW Kitchener-Waterloo. Additionally, Steph is a long-term Field Hockey Coach at the University of Waterloo, leading the recruitment of top student-athletes. Previous roles included a Sales Representative at Whitney & Company Realty Limited Brokerage, achieving over CAD $12M in sales, and earlier positions spanning administration, customer service, and athletic training. Steph is a former member of the Canadian Women's Field Hockey Team and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Waterloo, along with a Real Estate license.
