Felipe Paiva is an accomplished entrepreneur and investment banking professional with extensive experience in the technology and finance sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Ada since January 2019, Felipe has led the company in innovative directions. Prior to this, Felipe co-founded Let's Code in August 2016, contributing to the growth of the organization until December 2018. Felipe's earlier career included significant roles at Credit Suisse, where duties ranged from Investment Banking Associate to LatAm Equity Sales from March 2007 to January 2015. Felipe holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engenharia de Produção from Escola Politécnica da USP, earned between 2004 and 2008, and has a foundational education from Colégio Dante Alighieri.
