Siddika Jaffer

Siddika Jaffer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and consulting. Currently serving as Head of Ventures at IAG Loyalty since June 2024 and a Venture Scout at Ada Ventures since May 2022, Siddika focuses on supporting overlooked founders and fostering inclusivity in the UK startup ecosystem. Previous roles include Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, Non Executive Board Member at Year Here, and Venture GM at BCG Digital Ventures, where involvement in corporate venture capital and venture building was prominent. As the founder and CEO of enfoundery and The Halal Dining Club, Siddika has demonstrated a strong commitment to building support for entrepreneurs and creating innovative marketplace solutions. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from King’s College London and a Master’s in Innovation from Singapore Management University.
