Tom Olson

Tom Olson is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ADAC, an organization dedicated to empowering PK-12 educators by providing tailored professional services in teaching, special education, coaching, and fundraising. As the Founder and Board Treasurer of ADAC Advocacy, Tom Olson continues to promote advocacy efforts for educational equity. Additionally, Tom Olson serves as a Contributing Author at the Pioneer Institute for Public Policy Research, engaging in projects focused on data-driven public policy solutions in Massachusetts. Tom Olson's professional journey includes a role as Development Director at St. Francis Mission, where work was centered on serving the Lakota people in South Dakota. Tom Olson holds a Master of Divinity from Boston College, a Master’s degree in Philosophy from Saint Louis University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
