Adaca helps financial services firms modernise platforms, manage security, and adopt AI.

We were founded over ten years ago to connect businesses with high-quality engineering talent. During COVID, we built a delivery team across Southeast Asia to meet growing demand for senior engineers that organisations could not find locally.

As the technology environment changed, so did we. Our clients in financial services started facing a new set of problems. Legacy platforms consuming budgets that should have been directed toward innovation. Regulatory standards demanding more from technology operations than ever before. AI projects that could not get past pilot.

We built the services to address those problems directly.

Legacy Modernisation. We plan and deliver cloud migrations and re-architecture programmes that reduce the cost and risk of running old platforms while preparing infrastructure for modern workloads.

Managed Security. We provide 24/7 monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and reporting aligned to industry and regulatory standards. We run security so your teams can focus on the business.

Production AI. We help firms get AI out of pilot and into production with the controls, training, and ongoing management needed to operate in a regulated environment and deliver measurable results.

Enterprise AI Licensing. We deploy and manage AI and security platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Cloudflare, and Zero Trust through a single managed relationship. We handle procurement, setup, and ongoing support.

We work with financial services firms across Australia and New Zealand from offices in Sydney, Auckland, and Manila. Our average engineer retention is 4.5 years. We focus on long-term relationships, not short-term engagements, because the understanding we build over time is what allows us to deliver better results.
