Štěpán Kuchař is a seasoned technical lead developer currently at Adacta since October 2019, specializing in the analysis and development of insurance industry systems utilizing technologies such as JavaScript, C#, Angular, and NodeJS. Prior to this role, Štěpán served as a developer/analyst and technical lead at Adacta Group from August 2016 to October 2019, also focusing on insurance systems but with a .NET stack. Earlier experience includes research at IT4Innovations National Supercomputing Centre, where Štěpán investigated disaster management processes, and leadership in disaster management system development for the Moravian-Silesian region. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, along with MSc and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from the same institution.
