Prior to Adairs, Emma was Managing Director at Inject, where the focus was on helping rapidly growing companies build high-performing teams using scientifically proven recruitment methods. Emma also founded CounterCulture Consulting, specializing in optimizing people and culture strategies for innovative companies, and held roles at various organizations including Hanesbrands Inc., Morgan Consulting, FuturePeople Recruitment, MaxSys Staffing & Consulting, Challenge Recruitment, and Swift Solutions. Emma's educational background includes an Executive Leadership Course in Organizational Leadership from Melbourne Business School.
