Corporate Pastry Chef

Amy Arnold is a dedicated pastry chef and owner with extensive experience in the culinary field. Transitioning from a career in cartography, they attended culinary school and gained prominence in 2016 by winning the people's choice award at the World Gelato Competition, among other accolades. Currently serving as the corporate pastry chef at Adalina, Amy has previously held key roles such as owner of Sugar Junkie, and corporate pastry chef for DineAmic Group and Four Corners Tavern Group, where they successfully developed and managed pastry programs across multiple venues. Amy continues to pursue their culinary education at the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago while also studying Architectural CAD at Kishwaukee College.
