Adam Consultancy Services (ACS) is a new business initiative based on the notion that outstanding solutions always arise as a joint effort amongst stakeholders and associates. ACS utilizes complementary proficiencies and deploys effective partnership in order to deliver a common scope: provide superior “property asset management” and create “added value” to businesses.

Adam Consultancy Services provides “property asset management” that focuses on using the assets in order to deliver added value and on achieving a company’s explicit purposes and not so much on ‘doing things to assets’. It converts the fundamental aims of a company into practical implications for choosing, acquiring (or creating), utilizing and looking after (maintaining) the appropriate real assets to deliver those objectives. And it does so while seeking the best total value approach (the optimal combination of costs, risks, performance and sustainability) through the use of an extensive network of collaborating professionals/associates that deal with various specialized subjects (legal, technical or financial).

In a few words, ACS performs “Property Asset Management”, by coordinating the core activities of a business, in order to realize value from its real property assets over their life cycle.
