Sid Schwarz is a Senior Fellow at Adamah, where they run two independent national programs: the Clergy Leadership Incubator, a two-year fellowship for rabbis, and the Kenissa: Communities of Meaning Network, which supports emerging Jewish spiritual communities in North America. Previously, they served as the Founding Rabbi of Adat Shalom Reconstructionist Congregation from 1988 to 2012 and founded and presided over PANIM: The Institute for Jewish Leadership and Values from 1988 to 2009. Sid also held positions at Clal, Rene Cassin, and has been involved in various leadership roles since 2013. They are pursuing a Ph.D. in Jewish History at Temple University and studied at the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College.
