In the lifelong quest of achieving "Fitness Through health", Adam Figueroa assists and exposes his clientele to the ongoing practice and pursuit of a strong & healthy Lifestyle. Inspired by the study of anatomy and bio mechanics, Adam brings his fascination with all of the inner workings of the human body. As a certified Muscle Activation Technique specialist (MAT), Adam helps his clientele to develop what he terms an Inner Eye. His "Inner Eye" process enhances the individuals exercise experience by assisting a person in identifying where they need to focus as they pursue the activities they enjoy. Adam makes use of Metabolic Typing to teach his clients which foods work best to help us achieve our fitness goals and how to better handle daily stress in a modern world. "As fitness professionals, we must take note of the trends and paradigm shifts within the fitness, health & wellness industries as we help others understand the importance of organic food, as they move toward achieving their fitness goals and building health."
In our fast paced modern world, we often get caught in the competitive race for success. Many whom I come across pursue that race and leave their health happiness and well being in the dust only to realize that time escaped them while they were not looking. There is lots of confusing health information and most have no idea where to begin, strangely, however, it's typically not quite so difficult if the commitment is there and we proceed one step at a time.
