Joanne E. Tills

Joanne E. Tills is currently the Chief Financial Officer at the American Dairy Association North East and the Dairy Council Health Foundation, Inc., with over 35 years of experience in nonprofit organizations and accounting. Prior to these roles, Joanne served as the Chief Operating Officer at the American Dairy Association and Dairy Council, Inc. from 2008 to 2016, overseeing financial reporting, corporate communications, and staff development. Joanne also held the position of Vice President of Finance and Administration, managing budgeting and human resources. Joanne is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at the State University of New York at Oswego.
