Manoj Kumar

Manoj Kumar is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Adani Petrochemical Business since November 2021. Prior roles include Head of HR, Admin, Legal, CSR, and Corporate Communications at Green Gas Limited from March 2017 to November 2021, and Head of Human Resources in the Unconventional division at Essar Oil Ltd. from December 2013 to September 2016. Manoj also held the position of DGM - HR in the Refinery Division at Essar Oil Ltd. from August 2005 to November 2013, and began career in recruitment as a Recruitment Analyst at Delphi Automotive Systems Limited and a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco Peopleone India Ltd.
