Rupad Pradhan

Rupad Pradhan is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and operations, currently serving as Associate Manager in both the CEO and CAO's offices at Adani Airport Holdings Ltd since August 2021. Prior to this role, Rupad contributed to Jio from July 2015 to April 2020, where responsibilities included developing project work plans and conducting feasibility reports for extensive fiber optic cabling. Rupad's earlier positions include Assistant Manager at N infra Pvt Ltd and Operations In-charge at M.S & Co, where significant projects included the expansion of telecom sites and compliance management. Beginning as a Project Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and an O&M Engineer at Ericsson India Pvt Ltd, Rupad developed foundational skills in network operations and maintenance. Educational qualifications include an Executive PGDM from the International Management Institute and a BTECH in Electrical Engineering from the Siliguri Institute of Technology, along with participation in the Young Leadership Program at the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur in mid-2024.
