Prior to ADAPT, Ramesh held various leadership positions at FST Media, including Production Director and Head of Production for Financial Services, overseeing events across the government and financial sectors in the Asia-Pacific region. Ramesh's earlier career includes roles at Macquarie University, WorldVentures Holdings, Rockpool Dining Group, and Livewire Media, complemented by a Master's degree in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
