J. Michael Boyle

J. Michael (Mike) Boyle is an established Azure Data Architect and consultant at Adapt Analytics since January 2016, specializing in data and analytics strategies. Concurrently, Mike serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Operations & Information Systems at the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business, teaching courses in data visualization, warehousing, and databases since September 2012. Previous roles include Data Scientist and Partner at The Sports Analytics Institute, where Mike consulted for elite sports organizations, and Director of Analytics at Backcountry.com, overseeing advanced analytics applications. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at Sears, a real estate start-up, WarrenShepell, and various consulting roles at prominent firms, culminating in a Master of Science in Computer Science from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
