Rachel O'Connor, LMFT, is an experienced mental health professional and business owner. Currently, Rachel operates Theory About That, focusing on content marketing for treatment and counseling centers since January 2019. Rachel also works as an independent contractor with Adapt Behavioral Services and serves as a Clinical Engagement Specialist at Neighbor To Family.
