Josh James, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Adapt Forward, providing staffing and PMO support to various Department of Defense programs since July 2023. Previously, as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Genius Sports, Josh led change management initiatives for a newly acquired startup, achieved significant recruitment savings, and managed a team of recruiters. Prior experience includes roles at Sev1Tech LLC, Frank Recruitment Group, Collabera Inc., and MDI Group, where Josh focused on technical recruitment, people operations, and business development across the IT consulting and staffing industries. Josh holds a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama and has a background in advanced mathematics and computer science from the Alabama School of Math and Science.
