Combining the clinical expertise of physiotherapy and chiropractic with an experienced team of strength and conditioning coaches, we deliver a superior standard of tailored personal training and small group exercise classes.

Adapt’s clinical team has extensive experience managing a variety of clinical populations on a continuum from injury through to performance. Our response is evidence-based, responsive and heavily focused on patient-centred outcomes. 
Using innovative VALD technologies to measure parameters of strength, power and performance, we are able to identify potential risk factors for injury as well as objectively track progress overtime. Our approach combined with an extensive referral network allows for timely specialist opinion and collaboration where necessary.
