The ADAPT Housing team brings diverse experience across government housing programs and specialist accommodation, working together to support participants to live in homes that meet their requirements and goals.

Our approach is grounded in strong experience navigating government housing frameworks and compliance requirements, ensuring homes are delivered and managed with care, clarity, and consistency. ADAPT draws on established expertise in large‑scale housing management and regulatory compliance, applying this knowledge to the delivery of Specialist Disability Accommodation under the NDIS.

By working closely with participants, families, service providers, and other stakeholders, ADAPT supports housing outcomes that prioritise choice, stability, and long‑term living. This background enables ADAPT to work confidently across regulatory environments while keeping participant requirements at the centre of every decision.
