Mandev Virdee

Mandev Virdee is a technology consulting sales specialist who currently serves as CEO of Adapt IQ, as an investor and board advisor at Beyond Ent., and as a board member at The Captains of Legend. They engage with business stakeholders up to C level and possess core skills in business development, account management, tendering (bids and proposals), relationship management, defining business requirements, and recruitment across a variety of industry sectors. They earned a BA (Hons) in Business with Law from Kingston University (2004–2007). Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant at Consulting Point (2007–2009) and as Sales Director at makepositive (2012–2015), and held roles including Chief Revenue Officer and Business Development Lead.
