Shae Beswick

Shae Beswick is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in strategic human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director and Consultant at Adaptable HR since November 2021, Shae previously held roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner at HR Elements Pty Ltd and HR Business Partner at South32, where leadership of HR business partners was complemented by collaboration with Functional Vice Presidents to align HR and business strategies. With prior experience at Curtin University, Rio Tinto, Western Power, TasNetworks, and Aurora Energy, Shae has successfully led projects in organizational design, remuneration frameworks, and HR transformations. Shae holds a Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management from Deakin University and a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Information Systems from the University of Tasmania.
