Howard Sutton is an executive with expertise in rapidly growing and turning around engineering companies to enhance shareholder value, specializing in renewable energy, electro optics, photonics, and medical devices. Currently, Howard serves as the Head of Engineering at ADAPTAVATE, leading a team in developing innovative products for the building industry with a focus on sustainability. Previously, Howard co-founded VisionTec, where they developed and successfully sold daily disposable contact lenses, and held various leadership roles in companies such as NEW GENERATION BIOGAS and G24 Power, making significant contributions to renewable energy and advanced manufacturing systems. Howard earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cranfield University and is pursuing further education in Engineering at Buckinghamshire New University.
