Karen Marsh

Karen Marsh has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Karen currently holds the position of VP, Human Resources at Adaptec Solutions since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director, Human Resources at the same company, starting in November 2019. Before joining Adaptec Solutions, Karen worked as the Vice President, Human Resources at Boulter Industrial Contractors, Inc from January 2017 to June 2019. Karen also served as the Human Resources Manager/Generalist at Cabot Microelectronics/QED Technologies International from June 2008 to December 2016. Karen started their career as a Sr. HR Consultant at HR Works, Inc. from 2004 to 2008, where they provided comprehensive HR support to various clients. Karen also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Cintas Corporation from 2000 to 2003 and Employee Relations Manager at Waste Management from 1996 to 2000.

Karen Marsh holds a Master's Degree in Counselor Education from Syracuse University. Karen also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Syracuse University. In addition to their degrees, they have a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute, obtained in March 2009.
