Mike Joyce

Mike Joyce has a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University in 2013. Joyce began a career at Adaptec Solutions in May 2013 as a Mechanical Design Engineer, contributing to the design of automation solutions by creating End of Arm Tooling, selecting sensors, and integrating pneumatic systems. Following this role, Joyce transitioned to a Project Manager position, where responsibilities included overseeing project budgets and schedules, as well as customer communication. Since November 2021, Joyce has served as a Project Engineer, focusing on overall project function and execution.
