Conor O'Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Conor started their career as a Management Associate at Renault, where they coordinated the sharing of expertise across global manufacturing sites. Conor then worked as an Assistant Manager at PwC, providing consultancy services to multinational technology companies.

After that, Conor founded their own business consultancy and software development company called Scherzo Consulting. Conor provided process improvement services to clients, developed custom software tools, and implemented metrics to demonstrate improved operations.

Conor later joined Folens Publishers as the CTO and led the technology strategy and development of Ireland's largest educational publisher. Conor introduced innovative products, including an online teaching portal with enhanced ebooks and student ebook apps on multiple platforms.

Conor successfully completed this program in 2002. Following their time at Cambridge, Conor attended the Collège des Ingénieurs in 2002 and 2003, where they pursued an MBA in Management.
