Anu Falck

Anu Falck is a finance and change leader with a strong background in transformation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Currently serving as the Head of Financial Controlling at Adapteo Group, Anu oversees financial reporting and compliance while driving process harmonization across business units. Previously, as Chief Financial Officer at HAUS kehittämiskeskus Oy, they directed financial operations and implemented strategic initiatives. Anu's career also includes key roles at KONE Corporation, where they managed project finance and developed financial controls, and they have provided interim CFO services at Greenstep. Anu holds an MBA in Finance from LUT University.
