John Westermann has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Manager of HR Systems and Compensation at AdaptHealth since March 2019. Prior to this role, John held positions such as Compensation and HRIS Data Analyst and Talent Acquisition Manager at AdaptHealth. John previously worked at IKEA Group from September 2017 to March 2019 as a Recruiting Manager, contributing to the evolution of talent acquisition strategies. John's earlier experience includes a senior management role in talent acquisition at Best Buy from April 2010 to September 2017, along with various positions in retail management starting in 2002. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Penn Wood High School.
