Mark Adelman

Mark Adelman has extensive experience in finance and strategic roles. Mark is currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Finance at AdaptHealth since September 2023. In this role, they are responsible for transforming and integrating the finance organization during a period of significant growth. Mark has also led M&A diligence and integration efforts, managed Oracle Fusion ERP & EPM implementations, and built and led the Financial Systems department.

Prior to their current role, Adelman worked as Vice President of Strategic Finance at AdaptHealth from February 2022 to August 2023. In this position, they served as Chief of Staff and Strategic Project Leader for the CFO and was involved in various finance-related projects, including board reporting and managing the Corporate Insurance & Risk Management function.

Before joining AdaptHealth, Adelman was a Senior Director of Strategic Finance at the same company from September 2020 to February 2022. Mark played a vital role in finance and strategic initiatives during this period.

Prior to their roles at AdaptHealth, Adelman worked as a Director of Corporate Transformation Services at Alvarez & Marsal, a global professional services firm. Here, they managed various corporate transactions, led cost-takeout and turnaround engagements, and developed business cases and financial valuation models. Adelman consistently ranked as a top people leader and performer during their tenure at Alvarez & Marsal.

Adelman began their career as a Consultant at Protiviti in March 2013 and worked there until January 2015.

Mark Adelman completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware from 2009 to 2012.
