Douwe Langermans

Douwe Langermans is a vitaliteitscoach at Adaptics since October 2021, responsible for assessing participants' health and providing tailored advice on sleep, exercise, nutrition, and stress management based on health checklists. Previously, Douwe served as an account manager at Procent.com from October 2020 to March 2021 and worked as a stage recruiter at USG People from February 2019 to August 2019, finding fulfillment in conducting interviews and connecting employers with employees. Douwe gained foundational skills in proactive behavior, leadership, and hospitality during employment at Mise en place® Gastro Solutions GmbH & Co. KG from 2015 to 2018. Douwe holds a bachelor's degree in sport, health, and management from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen, completed in 2020.
